I think she looks slightly latino or spanish. She has this slightly smouldering quality about her. Also, I understand why this is a big issue in Pakistan but it's not so uncommon where I am. We have girls putting on tanning lotion all the time to make them look exotic.

No one cared about her then. Well, ok considering many women are attention edit then she might have done it for her 15 seconds of fame, but I don’t think it is worth it for the safety of her life.
Anyway, if she applies for asylum in India, then we will know one way or the other about the reality of the pic!
