otherwise, people will get stuck on the justification of killing.
would you agree that no war is justified?
and should there be any context for killing?
why kill? you tell me, why should it be allowed to happen by anyone?

The only justification for killing that I can think of is self defence i.e. if one's life is in danger and killing the attacker is the only way out. Otherwise there is no justification.

I believe Pakistan no longer has the courage to fight for Kasmir in an obvious war. So, now the chagrined army of Pak has stirred up religious ideas and fooled a common man to go and fight the war in Kasmir which will fetch him great commendation in the house of Allah and even reward him with 'hoors'! HOw do people even think of complying by such hilarious stuffs!
