What percent of Pakistanis in the US can actually vote?

There are lots of Pakistanis in the US, but how many do you think can vote? I think that about 30% can vote. Rest can’t because they are not citizens.

Re: What percent of Pakistanis in the US can actually vote?

But there are a lotttt of muslims that can vote and possibly make a difference. Just a thought!

All Pakistanis not equal to Muslims.
All Muslims not equal to Pakistanis.

Out of the 30% that can vote, 90% of them don't even bother. Sad.

Not true.

Out of the 271,000 foreign-born individuals of Pakistani origins living in the US, nearly 60% are naturalized US citizens. Add to that the American-born Pakistanis and its pretty clear that a clear majority of Pakistani-Americans are eligible to vote.

Yes, many of Pakistanis I know are not going to vote, I already voted last week.

They are voting on Nov5 or Nov6 at the local paan shop. :) :P

No one is quetioning their eligibility to vote. What I am saying is that most pakistani U.S Citizen don’t even register to vote.
