I agree with what you've said for the most part. ....
Thank you.
..... Only that when your child is killed, your shop is destroyed and your hope for any future mutilated, you have only one thing left... your pride. You can see that in Afghanistan and Palestine. They are human beings and something caused them to give up everything... even their lives. ....
This is a circular argument. Sadly!
Here is a scenario.
First you act (or in some cases do not act) BEFORE the destruction of one shop, one house, or the death of one child.
Then you respond to that first tragedy using dimwit emotional aka tribal response. Then what happens?
The second tragedy occurs. Now Two shops, two houses, are destroyed and two kids are dead.
Then you use the same revolutionary response that resulted in the second tragedy.
Guess what?
Due to your half-brained response, the third tragedy occurs. Now there are 50 houses or shops destroyed, and 50 kids are dead.
The question for you is?
Where do you stop using dimwit emotional response instead of calming down and using your head?
After the death of 1 child, 2 children, or 50? What is your limit that will make you sit down and say "Whatever was the response in the past, it surely didn't work"?
