W. Bank is going through transitional autonomy where institutions are slowly being put in place. This is mainly Palestinian’s job to respect those institutions and obey the law regardless of what some Israelis may be doing.

Police, courts, business rules are not easy to setup. Sure there are some settlements that are expanding. However Israeli military had taken action in some of those cases.

What Palestinians need is a 10 years of Sulah Hudabia and you will see Palestinian state.

If you think 10 years are too long, then bro you are not familiar with nation building.
