also, make sure not to shampoo everyday… give a gap in between.. mix water in shampoo while using…
AVOID Head & Shoulders altogether… a big no-no!
use selsunblue once a week…

One word "rogaine...dud u have ta apply ROGAINE to keep the hair that u have....and for dandruff...selsun blue

also apply some mayonese (SP?) on hair while at home... wash it in few hours and ofcourse, before leaving home, do make sure to wash it :D

Im sorry but oiling your hair is not going to either help it stop falling or get rid of dandruff.
You might think its dandruff but your scalp might be suffering from dermatitis of some kind.
Just oiling it will maybe make you feel good but its going to do zilch.
Stop using shampoo or conditioner or any hair gel. Any product that comes in contact with your scalp should be stopped.
Go to the chemist and get a medicated scalp cleanser.
Ive found that if it comes to the point where hair is falling off, then cosmetic medicated shampoos like T-Gel of Nuetrogena or Head and shoulders are not goign to work.
You need something Tar based. Polytar is very popular nad common medicated scalp cleanser.
Use that for a month and that will help reduce the itchiness and the scalp scalp.

^Kalwanji(black seed)......you can get its oil as well, black seed oil, Prophet(SAW) used to use that.

Guys he doesnt have a hair problem he has scalp issues and no oil is going to help it till it goes away.

Stroke the scalp thoroughly with lemon and leave for about 15 minutes, shampoo, wash and dry hair thoroughly. Then massage Black Seed Oil into the scalp. Drink a teaspoon of Black Seed Oil mixed in tea/coffee.

u need to massage ur hair more often wid any suitable oil as it's d blood flow to d scalp dat encourages hair growth/healthy hair.. also try using conditioning treatment masks which will help repair ur hair too
