Ok, some people like to be praised and shown what a great honour it is to be in this position and that thought stimulates them towards doing good where previously they were not doing it.
Others are more motivated by being shown up and made to look foolish for not already doing their duties …
Which method motivates you guys?
Would you rather have some tell you to do something by the carrot method or the stick method ?
Would you rather use honour to give you energy to work to be like the honoured ones, or would you find it easier to be told of your unimportance to think and act like a hard working slave?
