how many of u (guys) ever walk into victorias secret? to buy your girl a gift or if your girl takes u in there with her...how do u feel about it? i get laughs out of staring men down ominously when they step into victorias secret and its obvious they are dying of shame....they wont even look at anyone in the eye hehe....(some of them that is)
Absolute BS, none of these are true. The one about wearing our clothes/button down shirts is sexy, not romantic. The res is bakwas, tall buildings? WTF was this writer thinking? This is ABSOLUTELY written by a woman. You know what guys find romantic?
When the wife says "How about I bake some banana bread for Monday night football and you can have your friends over and watch the Colts!"
When the wife tries to learn about your interests like sports. I have a friend whose girlfriend learned all about soccer and all about the European soccer leagues just to make him happy and she watches all the games with him. I went over to watch a game between New Castle and I think it was Liverpool, and she was telling me about all the players, she thought I didn't know anything about soccer, it was the cutest thing ever.
When the wife tries to change the oil in her car to impress you, even though she gets oil all over her face cuz she forgot to move out of the way after taking out the drain plug.
Now that is the kind of stuff that we find romantic, none of this froo froo garbage. Take notes ladies.
PS. All the above has happened for me, so I'm really not making this up, like the woman who wrote this article.
Guys don't like talking much. One of the most romantic things can be that the couple is together in the same room, doing completely separate things with the occasional conversational interaction that doesn't last more than 10 seconds. My wife and I spend many evenings sitting in the study, with her knitting and me working or surfing or gaming, and the only thing we share and talk about are the occasional smiles, "I love you's", or "that's a nice track, remember when we first heard it in Seattle...", etc.
Please don't ask us what we're thinking cuz usually we're thinking NOTHING. Don't ask us how we feel. In return, don't tell us EVERYTHING about your day, just the pertinent stuff, we don't care what Kristen or Zulaiqa wore to work today.
