[57:25] We sent aforetime our messengers with Clear Signs and sent down with them the Book and the Balance (of Right and Wrong), that men may stand forth in justice; and We sent down Iron, in which is (material for) mighty war, as well as many benefits for mankind, that Allah may test who it is that will help, Unseen, Him and His messengers: For Allah is Full of Strength, Exalted in Might (and able to enforce His Will).
His sword (Dhulfiqar) was his best asset that killed the mighty warriors of Arabia who were out to oppress Islam. Traditions do state that even as child in streets of Mecca he would wrestle down the kids who bugged the Prophet saww. Not too sure what style of wrestling it was though.

I think there were no style of wrestling of using swords. I think at that time 'practice' of use of sword and hard-working was essential.

I don’t think Hazrat Ali (ra) followed any style of fighting.
I would call it free style fighting with Absolute faith in Allah (swt). And fighting for Allah (swt)** ONLY** and not for glory.
His greatest assets were FEARLESSNESS and SPEED; this lethal combination overwhelmed and dazzled his opponents. Thus they were Dazzled and Defeated form the word 'GO'.
Even if he had a stick in his hand he would have won hands down.

well if you must know..something I heard or read was the way Hazrat Hussain looked.His physical apperance. It said He (RA) had a shaved head. That was my google search!

If you are interested to know then in Kitaab of Maqtal by Ibn Mukhnaf reports Imam Hussain's longer hair when Sunan ibn Anas, may Allah curse him, removed Imam's turban off his head in Karbala. It is reported in all the sources of history that Imam Hassan resembled the Prophet's upper half of the body, i.e. head, shoulders, and features whereas Imam Hussain's lower body looked like the Prophet saww. As for really short hair (almost bald) then it fits more the description of Imam Ali narrated in the books.
