estee lauder, clinique, lancome, and lipsticks vary....do mac eyeshadows stay on longer and have more color to them then other companies??? Anyone like to tell me their experiences?

Powder/Foundation = Chanel
Eye shadow base = Clinique
Eye shadows = MAC ONLY
Eye liner = Clinique/MAC
Mascara = Maybelliene/L'Oreal
Blush = MAC
*As far as the question about the quality of MAC eyeshadows.......Up until about 4 months ago, I NEVER used any MAC products. I had eye shadows from Este Lauder, Clinique, Lancome, Elizabeth Arden, and Chanel. With my oily lids, even with the Clinique Touch Tint for Eyes, within like an hour or so of applying shadows, the colors always faded away. Finally a few months ago, I decided to buy one MAC eye shadow to try it b/c I heard great things about it. After trying that one shadow, I came to the conclusion that MAC is the best eye shadow ever! Once I apply it on top of Clinique's Touch Tint for Eyes, even after 8-9 hours, the colors on my eye lids look like they were applied minutes ago! And they have soooo many colors to choose from. I literally threw away all my other eye shadows and so far, I've bought 15 shadows from MAC and look forward to buying even more. *
I also recently decided to buy one blush from MAC and one eye liner(the Techno eye liner) and am VERY happy with the color payoff and lasting effects of both of them.
One thing I strongly recommend when it comes to MAC eye shadows, ALWAYS try them on your eyes in the store before buying them. Some of the colors don't look the same once you put them on compared to how they look in the pan. And don't be afraid to experiment with some of their "wilder" colors. :D
