well.. here is what happens in background.. person feels the itch at position #1.. and as he/she is going to position (hand?) object to scratch, position#2 starts to itch again..

abb kiya hota hay ke ek hath mouse par, ek keyboard par, person cant figure out how to scratch at both places at once.. so in result, the smiley gets pressed and gets added into the reply..

yaqeen na aaye to karkay dekh lain .. smiley hamesha khujli ka result hoti hay
