It means, that those who love this world will of course be hateful of death, but for the one who restlessly yearns for his or her Beloved i.e. Allah, for such a person death is like the veil over which Beauty is present. The veil that has to be taken away with both hands i.e. embraced, and removed to receive the Light of that Beauty. Hence views death as a mere annoyance clouding vision to the Divine, speedily moving it out of the way is a metaphor for death being an easy thing to bear.
