^ you know when i was younger, me and my mom went for shopping, and bahir se ammi called my brother donno for why. so when she was done calling, there was this pakistani lady passing by and she said very shocked: hain, aap apne bachchun se punjabi mein baat karti hain?? and then she walked away. we didnt even know her

LOL over here some families also get shocked when they find out that we know punjabi fluently even though we were born bred and raised outside and we still speak it at home! Daant parti hai if we speak anything other than punjabi.

oh haan, and once i was watching AAG tv, dont know wich show it was, i think vj Fuse ka
so a girl called and she suggested to the host to talk punjabi the entire show, and then she said atleast 7 times:
mujhay punjabi nahin ati, par main koshish karti hun
fir tau patta chal gaya tha that it was a confused punjabi
