Actor Esha Deol walked the ramp flaunting a heavily embroidered maroon and green bridal outfit, whereas **Hema Malini **accompanied her with grace in a similar coloured sari teamed with an embroidered burnt orange coloured blouse.
So which one do you prefer ~ the bridal outfit OR the sari?
Eesha Deol was the biggest parchi in bollywood, cant dance, cant act and not the prettiest either! Need to have at least one quality :).
Hema wins by a long marging
Re: What looks better? ~ Your preference, please.......
neither!...indian clothes are so loud... they lack a certain sophistication in the quality of their kaam?? even designer clothes lack it! they fill every inch of that fabric and it looks so gawdy....does anyone else notice this?
gorgeous fabrics and materials but then they throw loud kaam and sequin, embroidery on that that it looks a little cheap :S even if the dress is some super top designer..
Yeah, there’s too much going on. I see this brash/gaudy stuff everywhere in the UK. The bridal outfits here are over the top, if anyone saw any pics from the Asiana bridal show they’ll know what I’m talking about.
I am not much of a fan of sari’s ..but that’s a nice sari..
i would like the bridal better ..but for that i would change it like this:
make the shirt longer (upto knees).. and the work could stay heavy on the shirt… but a simply stitched shirt…i don’t like the current design ..i dont like how the shirt is stitched that on the belly part it looks like another piece of cloth in a square shape.. i would get the shirt stitched liek this (full of all that work) : http://i456.photobucket.com/albums/qq287/temasek_trust/IndianBridalClothes/bridal_lehnga_13.jpg
next i would keep the work on the lehnga just for the bottom of the lehnga!..lehnga filled with work does not look good
…the work on the lehnga would be like how it is in this pic (only upto the knee part) http://www.womenxone.com/files/2009/09/Red-Bridal-Lahnge-8.jpg
But i like the color combo..and the work done on it!
