I was once told that I severely lack life experiences which is a result of my extreme
shyness. I want to know what I have missed in my life. So what life experiences should I
have had by this point in my life. I turn 21 this Friday.

Shyness has nothing to do with "life experiences" .sometimes those very "experiences" can make someone an introvert or reserved. Shyness usually has to do with self esteem and or confidence. This isn't hollywood where a road trip with 4 friends cross the country will make you a mature/confident/bubbly person.
I'd suggest **you **come up with valid reasons that may attribute to your shyness as you know your life best. Are you the youngest of your siblings? Are your older siblings great achievers , good at a lot of things therefore you find it hard to speak up?. It could be a myriad of reasons from you wanting to say the right thing and be accepted, to avoiding possibility of conflict.Sometimes when kids see a lot of opinions and heated debates/discussions at a young age they might get the impression it's best to avoid it. It could be with new groups , large groups or individuals.
I know a very good lawyer and debater who has organized events for the House of commons in London and has no problem addressing a crowd of men and women 1000+ but is extremely shy in front of 5 people. They find it easier to talk to large group of people then a few say even family friends.Most ppl have stage fright and of giving a speech - but to each their own.
once you figure out the reason- you will find it easier to find a sensible solution -and not some irrational decision in the name of "life experience".

dont take people too seriously.they say a lot of stuff. they will also tell you how to live ur life . You cant go out to "look" for experience. Experience gets slapped in your face when you arent looking.

Warning: Follow the list at your own risk. Any of the experience gone wrong means you cant complete rest of the list so I’d contain myself to cooking biryani, coloring dora etc.
