Urdu is very near to Persian anyway, the most appealing dialect of hindi is Braj, it is sweetest hindi dialect, i can’t speak much of it:)

But todays Urdu is not very much close to Persian. You have to be KKF for claiming that if you know Urdu, you automatically know Persian :D

Hindustani has affected both hindi and urdu but don't know if it is for good, because hindi poetry with sanskritized words looks as beautiful as sanskrit mantras:), especially if it is of Rashtrakavi Dinkar, sumitranandan pant types:), Both Hindi and Urdu has affected each other but in the region from where it originated ie UP, except delhi, other dialects like awadhi, braj, bhojpuri, khadi boli(Jat Bhasha) is spoken widely:)
