Everything looks so stupid. I tried sneakers but even I was laughing at myself. Boots don’t look good with abayas. In the summer I wear slippers / sandals but in winter?? Pictures please.

p.s. For a min I was like 'Maniac and shoes with abaya .Btw I think high knee/ankle length boots look great with abaya.Because the abaya looks so much like a skirt - bottm half of it that is.

You can wear nice heels ... even some ankle boots with a thin heel ... or those boots that go not all the way up to the knee, but about the halfway point of the lower part of the leg.
sarah......i wear abaaya ...n i wear pretty much all knd of shoes in winter but not sneakers....ummm..... mostly its the type MQ posted but for me its flat always i.e without heels

Sara, I wear normal clothes sometimes too. I find abaya to be the most modest because it hides your body shape really well.

Sure.Its just I absolutely love heels.Im not too crazy about flats.But if you're working/at uni all day then- yes - flats are more comfy.Here you go.Hope you like them.

Mehnaz, as for flats -I never wear those.But Sara asked for some pics so I posted them.Im a heels person.

Sarah--honestly flats just dont look as nice.No matter what colour/style -they're flat.Heels look a lot more hip.But since we have so many nine west fans --here are some flats from there.And a pair of boots.

this is what I used to wear and i've seen couple girls wear that too in winter that is...and i've also seen people wear sneakers too, never tried it but doesn't look bad either

but yea u can get those long boots, that go up to ur knees or something or some thing similar. i'll try to notice today at the masjid what other ladies wear :p

I was kidding sadzz.Truth is I seem to do the same.But I hate flats.Unless its slippers/sandals for summer.
