:omg: sorry if it feels like going overboard, but I’d like to know what kind of pitches our guests would like to play on for ODIs? Though in ODIs, possibility of a “draw” is very very slim and pitch may not be as big a factor, but just out of curiosity what would help our guests in making them “comfortable” here ?

Good question. We gave them both types in tests - the placid batsman's paradise and green top bowler's banks. They didn't win on either. I think their board (BCCI) is strong enough to schedule only home series from now on. With their own tv coverage, pitches, and probably choice of umpires, they might keep winning and producing superstars who look good on billboards.

They would like a pitch where their batsmen can score 200s and only their bowlers can enjoy hatricks. :hehe:

I think the Indians would want pitch that allows them to score millions runs as fat as they can, just to break our back early...

I think they would like to go for the one where grass grows out of nowhere when they are bowling and vanishes when they are batting
