Goat :( I dont like goat.
Heaps of Mince, not lean cause when making koftas or kebabs lean falls apart.
In beef, round steak or tenderchuck pieces are very good for making salans.
I dont buy the already cut botis, hate eating tiny pieces of bones stuck to the meat.
Sirloin if its just for making steaks.
