I USUALLY get some time in the afternoons when kids are napping, so in the privacy of my room, what kind of stomach exc can i do…my stomch is huge, even now my kids are 2 and the other is 8 months…i need to flatten stomach and lose weight overall…so exc please, no dancing arond or making too mucn noise and afternoon time is when everyone in my house is taking their naps. so house will be aslp. so has to be something without music too.what worked for you guys…and is 20mins enough a day? il try to combine that with walking 20 mins too in the evening…i have around 5months to lose atleast 20KG…possible?I want to do it slow and steady, not manic diets please. thanks.also i bought some cereal…i found wholegrain honey loops from kellogs in a pak superm arket the otherday, (600 bloody ruppeeees) anyway, so that for breakfast, a small roti and salan for lunch and fruit for dinner..sound good?

On youtube, look up "Walk Away the Pounds", they have one for abs as well. I will admit, I am quite lazy, and I only did this for 6 weeks, but I did lose weight on it. I have to start again! I will PM you the links.

Try this Nadz…I started this yesterday and today my waist and back is killing me:S Also because I did both these videos, so do check out other videos of hers too and start with 20 min moving on to 30 min and then 40…All her videos have good reviews and from personal experience i did sweat and the aches and pains have stated too lol so hopefully it should work! Try bridgesand planks for start. You can do them in your room without making any noise.

50 jumps, and 20 situps in room are enough combined with 20 min walk in evening
believe me jumps with socks on do not make any noise
for diets, add to your diet Egg in morning, and some cereal/roti/protein in night
shift those fruits to snack times like 11:00 am or 4:00pm
Plus Fish twice a week
weightloss is dependent upon 70%food and 10%exercise and 20% stress/ sleep/etc..(Lifestyle)

20kg in 5 months :( ... maybe a little difficult.
Here's something easier for you. Try atkins diet. When you see you're not losing anymore weight stop it, and start other things like exercise etc.
BTW .. you don't need useless Kellogs for diet, just plain ol wholegrain roti is the same as wholegrain honey loop :P

Leg raises
Planks
Plank with leg raises/kicks
Crunches
Situps
V cruches
Vertical cruches
& lastly yoga.

i think 20 mins will be fine. do anything that keeps your heart rate up for the full 20 minutes
