I agree with you their is some serious problem the way GS is managed, their are other forums to on the Internet.
One reason can be that this place is very closed community their are groups or people who have cousios, chachoo, mamoo at the same time.

Ban is used to keep this place safe from sickoos. If managements feels that someone needs to be quarantined to save others from those sikoos then they ban them for sometime. Some get cured in that time and start behaving some still remain sick and then another ban is handed down.
That is my opinion not experience , I might be wrong.

1-Was it a mistake ?
2-Was it "top" management decision?
