Where do you find Quran restricting people to gain knowledge about science, mathemetics, history, astronomy, biology, physics, chemistry, commerce, engineering, literatures, cultures, places, people, mannerism, or knowledge about anything?. On the other hand, Islam encourages that so it opens up limited thinking patterns of people & limited beliefs.
