Prestigious private universities, i.e. Harvard, Yale, Princeton - I think there is a core group of 7-8 schools (someone can correct me on this).

Masters level university. In the US - you generally call university "college" and it refers where you get earn your undergraduate degree, while a generic term for saying that you're doing your Masters is to say that you're in grad school.

Ivy League Schools refers to 8 schools in the U.S. that originally constituted an athletic alliance... however, today, the term connotes academic excellence. Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Dartmouth, Cornell, Columbia, UPenn, and Brown are the eight ivy schools.
Graduate schools just refers to those Universities that also confer advanced degrees including Master's and Doctoral degrees. Typically, grad schools refer to institutions where admissions require the applicants to already have a recognized undergraduate degree. Many Universities offer both undergraduate and graduate programs, but there are some that only offer undergraduate programs. I don't know of any Universities that are purely grad schools though...
