There is no difference among Jats and Rajputs. Jats that served under brahmins were elevated to the status of Rajputs in the 10th century on Mount Abu. They were created to fight the islamic invasions.
Rajputs do not exist before the 10th century.
Also, several Jat and Rajput clans overlap. For example, Bhatti can be both rajput and Jat.
Also, gujjars are also from the same sycthian ethnicity as Jats and Rajputs. They also have common overlapping subclans.
Also, some dalits have the same subclan names as Jats,Rajputs, Gujjars. Some of these may be of name copying. Some of them may be jats, gujjars, rajputs who have lost status and become dalits.
For example, Chamars are a caste that used to work with leather. Becuase they worked with leather (dead cows) they became dalits. Chamars form close to 30% of Indian Punjab, yet they are almost unknown in Pakistan Punjab. This is because in Pakistan Punjab, people who worked with leather did not lose caste status and remained Jats,Gujjars,Rajputs etc etc
