Mine is like a weird one
And Most people donot believe it till I show them the Xrays.
When I was thirteen I had a very bad habit of walking on the carpet with my feet rubbing against the wool cause it felt all soft.
Unfortunately for me, my mum also had a bad habit of forgetting her sewing needles everywhere.
So she’d left the needle on the carpet the night before while watching tv.
In the morning as usual i was dragging my feet on the carpet when i felt a sharp pain so I lift my foot up to find the needle stuck between my pinky and fourth toe.
Ran up to mum, she pulled it out, thora sa khoon nikla and she said it’ll be alirte.
But i was in so much pain the entire day, kept on hopping around on one leg and Mummy thought I was faking the thing to get attention.
Nyways, the day after, she sits down to do some hemming, gets the same needle out but the needle wont go in the kapra.
On closer examination she realizes that the needle is missing its head.
Yes the head of the needle was stuck in my bone.
So off Im rused to get xrays and to the doctor.
This was when we were in pak for eid.
The doctors were dumbfounded, they didnt know what to do.
They are like if we try to cut it and get it out, it’ll keep on slipping here and there till we end up putting incisions all over the foot.
So they gave me painkillers and sent me home.
After that i refused to go to the doctor.
The needle is still stuck in my pinky 
Sometimes when cutting my toe nails I can feel it if i hold the area tightly but it doesnt hurt anymore
