what is your must have picnic dish?

So okay it’s only February but I can’t help but think about the picnic season. So I was wondering, which dish makes your picnic? Do you tend to go for desi food or stuff like sandwiches?
My ultimate picnic dish is aloo tikki burgers-place a tikki in a burger bun with some chutney and salad and voila jobs a good one.
Anyone willing to share their picnic menus and ultimate dishes with other GS folk?

Hmm is lasagna a good idea to take. We are planning on going too this weekend, but everyone is sticking their noses in the air when it comes to lasagna. :( I think its going to be sandwiches, and pasta salad, with chips! We are going to be eating out by a river hopefully the weather won't cancel our plans.

aloo ka paratha dahi… flask of tea,and buy pakoras and chaat from the stalls there..
but we use china plates n mugs :nooks:
