Mine is definetly Behlawa…it was just really good, the story was one of the best and acting done by everyone was excellent. This is a must-see performance for any fan of Pakistani drama.

i think i have fonder memories of pakistani dramas when i was young. tab itnay buray aur stereotypical nahee lagtay thay. besides it wasnt uncool to like them either.
used to love sona chandi like crazy.
i’ve seen some gr8 drama’s over the years but still i’m yet to see a drama serial which beats DHUWAAN i loved dhuwaan when i saw it for the very 1st time and it for me is the best drama of the 90’s. dhuwaan zindabad :k:

I kind of forgot this Drama as at that time I was really young like 7 or 8 but then I got the DVD from Pakistan this winter and watched it again..in fact I made my roommate watched this drama too, even though she speaks arabic and didn’t understand urdu, but she loved the scenes. 
oh well, I must admit my first love would be sunehray din and then ofcourse Alpha Bravo Charlie.

thats cuz only the bhuddi haseena moin and bajiya and anwar maqsood dramas have been idolised and are constantly repeat telecast.
sona chandi, did get relecast only once but at odd times and woh bhee without advertising much.
then there were some redone versions of it, in which the two came back much older as part of some kisaan awareness programme, having lost all thier acting skills!
the older version sounds as hilarious as ever.
