Meat karahi
Just some kind of cake for Meetha … I always plan more on meetha this time It is only meat time.
Most likely our dinner will be gosht pulao, gosht salan, dhai bhallay, fresh salad, and a pasta dish & for dessert it’s usually homemade gulab jamans and custard and jelly. It’s the same every year, we usually have fresh qurbani meat so we have to use it. We have pizza for lunch while we wait for the meat to be ready.
Second day of eid we are having ppl over so menu is

Salata hara
Nihari - if I can get the meat right
Achari ghosht
Bhaigan bharta
Salad
Raita
