All of the above. Number 1 would be incomplete without the frequent mentioning of the Love, gratitude and blessings of the Creator upon the couple. Just like 100000000000000000 is useless if “1” is removed from the beginning.
2 would not have barakah without Bismillah…
3 would strengthen the relationship if the intention is to please Allah (swt) first, without expecting any return from the spouse.
4 would become even more effective when it includes in bits and pieces time to time sharing, learning and practicing of the ways of the Prophet (saw).
5 is a sunnah itself and helps in increasing love.
