So what is your idea of spending a vacation? Like some people like to rest, some people want to enjoy the scenery. Some people want to go on adventures.

A bit of everything.
I would not do a typical beach holiday where you just lie around lazy all day. I would not do an all-adventure trip through the Himalaya or Antarctica either.
My ideal vacation is one where I get to relax, I get to do some sightseeing and I get to do one or two adventurous things that are easily accessible from my holiday location.

right now, an ideal vacation for me would be being in a place which is not my home ! no adventure, no scenic views..just a break from daily routine work

My ideal vacation is going away from home, being free from responsibilities, stress, and strife. Doing somethings scenic and adventurous like hot air ballooning across the grand canyon. I like the idea of elegant room service, and dining at local hotspots. In general I just like the idea of getting out.

yep: i do love adventure vacations. i haven’t taken one as of yet but i would definitely take one after i get married because i don’t wanna take a chance dying before experiencing married life and see for myself if our folks are right when they say, “shaadii Khaana barbaadii!”

My idea of vacation is to cram every city and sightseeing area in a short time span, then get exhausted and sick of scurring about, then start missing home, then get home and get tired of the routine again and yearn for another vacation and then cram every city and sightseeing area…err I think there might be a pattern here.

Dude when you are tuned to have all 3 in same time in same activity… that my friend I call vacation.

It’s different for me as to what I want right now and what I’ll want if I’m not single.
I don’t have a VERY hectic routine right now and I get the rest I need after a long day.. so if I go for a vacation now, I’ll want it all to be adventurous. Bungee jumping and rock climbing and sight seeing and all the other stuff that can tire me out inside out.
But I guess if I were married and had a few kids, I’d prolly want a vacation where I can just rest!!! Serene and calm… so I can just be lazy.
