Happiness via fulfillment via meaningful work, good relationships, comfortable finances and the belief that I can handle whatever life throws my way.
And lots of opportunities to do exciting, fun stuff.

No but seriously, I think peace of mind is the biggest thing as people have already mentioned. Also, having enough money to never have to worry about it would be awesome as that’s the primary concern of headaches for a lot of people I think.
