How did you know I was healthy?
so now you know.
Its simple , I never like "games" I instead play sports.
And I like grains/fruit as my snake since I was a kid.
It wasn't too hard for me.

Ayite 5 days a week and more than 1 hour a day i spend in gym. thats the main thing.
but u cant ignore the diet factor cuz thats wat makes u who u r.
No parathas :( no chocolates :( no high cholestrol stuff.
just whole wheat, and diet is a combo of carbs, proteins and healthy fats. and salad is a very important part of my diet.

I take multivitamis regularly. Breakfast is a must! Only have wheat bread. We have dinner at 6pm and can't have my meals without salads. I love fruits too, we try to have them as much we can. Apart from that, I don't workout at the gym but I'm quite active..:)
I take a tablespoon of unpasteurized, unrefined apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water before lunch everyday.
It enhances the digestive juices, it’s a powerful detoxifying agent, it’s a prebiotic (food for the healthy gut bacteria – probiotic), it also have digestive enzymes, our body produce its own digestive enzymes but enzyme production decreases with age, because of stress, chlorinated water, etc.
It’s also sunnat-e- Nabvi to take unrefined vinegar with food. Apple cider vinegar is one of the best gifts given to us by nature, it's a wonder food.

Yah I heard of that. I got a bottle once but could not even swallow one spoonful, how do you do it?
Yeah I know, it’s not a treat for the tastebuds, but I have developed a taste for it overtime :)
Don’t take a spoonful all by itself, mix it with couple of ounces of warm water. You can also add raw honey to the mixture to make it more palatable. If its still hard on your taste buds, just drop the idea of drinking it. Make a salad dressing out of it, or pour some over your food. The idea is to incorporate it in your diet whichever way you prefer. Oh yeah, don’t forget to shake the bottle vigorously before every use, the enzymes tend to settle on the bottom of the bottle and need to be dispersed

reducing greatly or totally cutting off mehda and sugar from diet

4km run 2-3 time a week. + Stairs 10 mins.
Twice chin ups/ and other work out.

Ever since I was a baby my mom would make sure to feed me fruits whenever she could, as much as she could. So I'm a fruit and milk freak. Besdides that I never developed crazy habits of having B king or Mikky D or anything of that sort, I'm not into fried foods at all. and the most important is water I make sure I have 2 lits of water a day.

i avoid unnecessary use of medicine like if i get headache i would rather sleep than having advil.similarly with flu,coughs i avoid as far as i can n Alhumdullilah i hav a gud immune system n rarely gets sick with weather changes.I do samething with my kids n when all my friends complain abt sick kids every fall/winter i'm a relaxed mom.we do take vitamins n omega3 on regular basis
