Don't use over the counter birth control pills. Some shouldn't be taken if you have heart problems in your family and stuff like that so a doctor needs to assess your risk and the one time I went to get one, they said I should come back in some time to see how it was working, whether there were any side effects for me. Get a perscription for well known ones like Alesse. I'm sure they must have that in Pakistan.
