It’s not so simple as saying that it’s due to a fear. People consider things like jobs, resources, environment, culture, etc…when making decisions about where they want to live. I don’t feel comfortable with the idea of being far removed from civilzation/resources or being in a place with a limited variety of resources. Now if your thread is referring to the fear of living in a small town/area…hence the above response. But if your thread is about fears/phobias in general…then there are so many possibilities. Make the title/original post more specific/clear.
