I love having the sauce from any chicken salaan which I mix in a bowl with beaten egg, lots of shredded cheddar cheese, little bit of red chilli powder and I cook this under a grill on a bread which has been toasted on one side only. This makes it soft and crunchy too.

Sprinkle some fresh chives on top and enjoy! :)

Could go on...lol!

Love a layer of toast, baked beans and a fried egg on top! Mmm!

Cheedar cheese melted on toast.

Red pepper hummous on toast with sliced, baby red tomatoes!

Simply love some creme fraiche, smoked mackerel (which I buy from Somerfield), with a sprinkle of fresh lemon, pinch of black pepper - add all these ingredients in a blender...blend and smooth the beautiful paste onto toast.

Marmite!

Chocolate spread!
