eating late at night…I don’t take more than 1200 calories but for some reason I just can’t lose bloody weight of mine coz I can’t sleep with an empty stomach. :mad:

I like EVERYTHING. there's no particular weakness (unless you counte verything as weakness)...so I guess it'd be the large portions.

and, eating breakfast. seriously. when I eat bfast, I find I eat way too much more than if I just eat 2 meals a day :/

I love food, I love carbs, I love rice, I love cupcakes, I love chips...the list can go on! And Im not motivated enough to go to the gym for more than 2 days in a row! Also, pcos makes it harder for me to lose weight :(

I always prefer the use of the home made foods and this is the thing that i am fully free from all types of the fitness and health problems. So always use the home made foods.

Currently it would be my 18 months old toddler. Can't work out when she is present. She comes & grabs my legs or all of a sudden demands more attention. The only way I can do any exercise is if I step out of the house which is not always possible.

I have lost 60 minutes of cardio time so many times at home. All thanks to my munchkin.

^ Is it possible for you to break up the workout in to several 10/20 min sessions throughout the day?

No Sara. I have tried that. That's completely out of the question. The exercise I try to do at home literally leaves me with aches for a couple of hours. So what I try to do is clean, cook, do whatever house chores I have to do & then work out so if by any chance I need 1-2 hours of rest I can take it.

Plus breaking my exercise in 10-20 minute sessions means adding extra time for warm up & cool down. Can't afford that. When she takes her nap is when I cook. I am working on somehow using her nap time to work out. So far haven't been successful.

ME! I think I AM the biggest hurdle in getting fit. Ofcourse if I fix that, the eating/working out will just fall into place iA!
