Pak-Army have launched it offensive on the terrorists hideouts and last strong hold of TTP in Pakistan, The army had made the move with the political and public support and have gained initial success, but it looks like General Deepak, CNC of Indian Armed forces, has some problem with it, either he have seen his B team getting a treatment from Pak-Army or he has not prepared nor he was accepting this kind of response.

NEW DELHI: Indian army chief expressed reservations over ongoing operation against extremists in Waziristan.
According to Geo News, Indian Army Chief, General Deepak Kapoor said New Delhi has reservations over Waziristan operation.
Indian army is prepared to cope with the risks likely to come up due to Taliban factor, Kapoor said.
Why isn't he happy??
Indians want action ONLY against anti India groups like Lashkar e Toiba and Jaish, obviously they have their reservations about "long term investment" being targetted.
^^ He is leader of the most incapable and large army in the world, they are trying to fight "terrorists" in Kashmir with 800,000 men in uniform, so-far they are struggling against them. I don't know about their tolls against the Naxals which has been described one of the most deadly movement by the PM of India... but results shows that Naxals still exists in big number and they do control the areas they want for themselves.
I wonder he is crying because Pak-Army have marked success in Swat and is now is engaged in SW, the success of Pakistani Army, the successfull camapign of Srilankans have turned him into a biggest loser as a general in South Asia, maybe this is why he is crying???

He see another failure of covert missions in sight after Sri Lanka adventure, so thats why he crying about it. Otherwise he should have been happy that Pakistan is going for these terrorists! Since when an Army general in india directly commenting on the border areas that are connected to 2 other countries altogether!

its a win win situation for india, the reservations could be about any aspect of it. even if you think india is involved in the fata militancy, which it probably is to some extent, india has achieved more then it could've hoped for at the start
I think the reservations are well founded due to past history. In 1971 the Pak army launched initiatives in East Pakistan and immediately several hundred thousand refugees streamed into India. Indian military has to make sure the same thing doesn't happen again, particularly since the terrorists of Waziristan and other parts of Pakistan could also migrate to India in the guise of refugees.

Yeah but this time IF this happens India will not be in position of answering the PLEAS of "innocent displaced migrants", like she did in 1971. As for terrorists in guise of refugees (which is unlikely to happen), Inida also wants to get rid of them like Pakistan? then why not just seal the border and announce that India will NOT accept ANY refugees from Pakistan and let Pakistan Army clean up this mess. No refugees crossing the border means no chance of these terrorists migrating to India in guise of refugees.
