Indo Pak that just shows your bias. Just because its tailor/custom made doesn't mean that they can't have their way or wear the cut of their choice.
But the whole point of a dress being custom made is so you can tell your dependable tailor to make the neckline not too deep or the arms long or short....right?

Nope! the point is to get a dress that is of one's choice and each person's choice is different from the other. People don't go to the designers or tailors just to tell them to be carefull with the necklines or sleeves. It is about preferences and it varies from person to person.

But these days If some needs a shalwar she needs to go to a tailor as ready made garment stores don’t have it any more .
On my Last visit , I tried to find some good ready made shalwar Qameez for me mom and I couldn’t find a single piece on whole Tariq road , all they got to offer was some kinda pant look alike Pajaama thingy .
Isnt it shame ?
