how could u go about setting the world right given these three restrictions on ur plan to "construct the world into a life supporting, happy place, where everybody is able to fulfill their duties as citizens, and have their reasonable rights be given to them, without any delay or discomfort.

Convert everyone to Islam!! But first we'd have to perform major labotomies. It's futile Dushwari. You can't change how people think. God has left us to find our path ourselves. Some of us he's abandoned.
