I think Christian name refers to the name you were born with, not your nickname. I don’t think religion plays a part in it.
I went to a Catholic school for 12 years, and I never heard of “Christian” name. Anyone asks you what your christian name is tell them your name is Sadia, and that’s it. They don’t need to know your religion or country…
