My education is from Canada, but I’ve only got an undergrad. My starting salary was $73k, but in the last three years it’s only increased by about $13k. I got almost $20k as a bonus last year (before taxes).
Is this a normal rate of increase in salary? I was expecting 6 figures by this point in my career. Is that an unreasonable expectation?

what city are you working in right now ? unless its a remote area (fort mc or so) you are on the right track. 13K in 3 years is pretty good, i would sya.
