How is Allah going to punish a Zani on day of judgment? A person who continuously commits zina…

Re: What is the punishment of Zina?
In duniya, Zina is only punishable if Zani confesses, or there are 4 witnesses whop saw that act happening in such details as some one sees thread passing through eye of the needle.
Other than that, zani asking for allah's forgivness should be able to save him/her from the punishmenet in Akhirat.
However if person is punished in Duniya, then his/her akhirat is clean off that crime.
Re: What is the punishment of Zina?
^Jazak'Allah!
what if Zani confesses, but hasn't been punished in duniya and hasn't asked for Allah's forgiveness and continues with his act. How severe is Allah's azaab in akhirat?
Re: What is the punishment of Zina?
In this world:
For a non married person 100 lashes.
For a married person, stoned to death.
But if a person doesn't disclose it to anyone and pray to Allah (swt) for forgiveness then Allah Almighty is all forgiving. BUT he should be determined of not committing that crime again.
Even if he has committed it many times and repented it, still according to hadiths he should not lose hope. Allah (swt) forgives, but he should pray to Allah (swt) for strength to be able to protect himself in future
A good read on this topic:

before I answer .. Punishment can only be authorized by the Official Qazi or ruler of the Islamic state, not by your neighborhood moulvi or doodhwala ..
having said that, if zani confessed and did not receive the punishment., he should go back and repent and that will inshallah be OK.
If he does not ask for repentance, than how bad is punishment will be, I dont know, but Zina does not make someone Kaafir, so eventually he will enter paradise.
And then allah's mercy comes in many forms. Remember that hadees where prophet mentioned of this woman who was a prostitute but entered paradise cause she took care of the thirst of a dog

That is completely wrong!! If another person knows that somebody has committed zina and complains to the local moulvi, the person who has committed Zina should be stoned to death.

Exactly! I was thinking of similar situations.

Any Quranic reference Sir ?
You can assume it is a Quranic reference since the scholar who told me this has read Quran and Hadees many times over and delivers lecture in entire Faislabad/Gujranwala area. He even speaks Arabic.

I don't want to assume as a Human being is prone to mistakes
Sir i'm just asking for the Specific Verse from the Holy Qur'an which suggests/orders this kind of Punishment, nothing more nothing less !!!!

he would have to bring 4 witnesses, wouldn't he? plus is the local molvee qualified to carry on the hadd?

Moulvis have all powers and authority to carry on the act if 4 witnesses are present.
Re: What is the punishment of Zina?

Re: What is the punishment of Zina?
Sir i'm still waiting for the Quranic reference !!!!!

I agree to 100 lashes as they are seen in early Islamic Traditions. However stoned to death is something new and I have not heard of this act in life time of Holy Prophet SAW.
As far as I think this is something invested by Talibans in Afghanistan. This world is filled with Zanis and if they all start of confess then pretty soon you will see 70% of the world in graves.
Please provide references for the stone to death from Hadith, Sunnah or Quran?

Sir i'm still waiting for the Quranic reference !!!!!
"The woman and the man guilty of Zina (adultery or fornication), - flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by God, if ye believe in God and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment." ………. Surah An-Noor, 24 Verse 2

This is something new. Never heard this before. I think the zani needs to confess himself.
