I think romance usually develops as you spend more time … it should be when you put two people who are attracted to each other together for a period of time, or at least thats what I like to think.
Honestly reading these forum here is making me paranoid about getting married. I always thought marriage would be pleasant and happy but the more I read, more I feel like its a death wish. I never had any interaction with desi girls so idk how they think or what happens in desi marriages before I came to this forum. But now I am second guessing getting married at all or getting married to desi girl … you guys here seem to make things more complicated then they usually are but who am I to judge may be you guys are right and marriage sucks since I haven’t been in one.

dont let this forum scare you. marriage isn’t always pleasant, there are ups and downs. but overall, marriage is a beautiful thing if you’re married to the right person. i love being married, wouldn’t have it any other way. im not married to a desi, but still, we have our not-so-pleasant moments. desi girl or anyone else, you will still have some problems. just remember, happy wife, happy life
