Okay:

So a Sharara is a two legged trouser which is fitted till the knee and then it flares out to look like a full skirt.

A Gharara is again a 2 legged trouser which has gote at the knees, (gote is like a lace).

A Lacha is mostly worn by Indians, its a skirt which is the same width all the way down.

A Ghaghra is a skirt that is fitted at the top and then flares out at the knees.
