I want to know what is the charges of western union in Pakistan. A person want to send me a very small amount through western union about 16 dollars only , so did not i loose all my money as charges/fee.

You dont have to pay the charges ! The person who is sending you the money will pay the charges , so he can send you the 16 quids and on top he/she can pay the charges .
For Pakistan - I reckon you wont be able to receive it in dollars , the money will be converted on the send day rate and thus you will get it in Pakistani rupees .
So once he/she gets the MTCN for your , he/she would be able to tell the exact receiving amount in Pakistani rupees .
