use to seal samosas?
Using a brush of oil, seal the dough tight!
Water works fine too.
use a fork and press along the edge of the pastry. it seals it and makes it look pretty too.
Add some water to plain white flour and make a paste. Works like glue :D
Also use thin water & flour paste to seal the edges. Pressing with a fork makes its pretty.
Yep, water it is. Just brush the edges lightly with water and seal together.
egg can do the trick too ... :-)
i use the flower and water paste method..interesting idea about fork though to seal and prettify it would mean doing the cone and seal at the end method of rollign the samosa rather than the way i do it now...
