Although i disagree at many points with OP but I would like to answer about that the “when God tests human disease and kills innocent babies in the most painful manner, he’s still the most kind and merciful”.

1- We can’t feel what were other felt when died.

2- We believe there is a reward for the parents of deceased infants. Than doesn’t mean one wish this may happen although they wish for long healty life. Also count it as most blessed reward from the same Most Kind and Most Merciful God that their kidz grow up as long or more and better as they r living/lived.

don’t you believe 1 and 2 are applicable even when a man murders another brutally? so why is that wrong, but when god does it it is a test and he’s still called merciful?
