so when God tests human diseases and kills innocent babies in the most painful manner, he's still the most kind and merciful. and when a man kills another man, it is called murder.

Although i disagree at many points with OP but I would like to answer about that the "when God tests human disease and kills innocent babies in the most painful manner, he's still the most kind and merciful".
1- We can't feel what were other felt when died.
2- We believe there is a reward for the parents of deceased infants. Than doesn't mean one wish this may happen although they wish for long healty life. Also count it as most blessed reward from the same Most Kind and Most Merciful God that their kidz grow up as long or more and better as they r living/lived.

don’t you believe 1 and 2 are applicable even when a man murders another brutally? so why is that wrong, but when god does it it is a test and he’s still called merciful?
Keeping in mind that the God is all knowing. Using words like ‘when god does’, I think is wrong b’coz the God has given freedom of choice and ofcourse if He wish than anything could be happen but still we can’t say its done by God.
Back to the point. #1 is applicable and #2 is not applicable b’coz when a person know that the another person will going to kill him, he can either defend himself by fighting back or run away from him to save his life.
