A friend of mine wants to know the best laptop that money can buy. She is not tech savvy. She plays a lot of computer games and likes to surf the net. That’s what she uses it for mostly. Including things like Photoshop, etc. Thanks. smile
there s no such thing as a best laptop money can buy 
everyone needs a different laptop for different purpose.
for example: if u want a laptop to use in dangerous area u ll need a a laptop with special coating and parts and these tend to be very heavy 
But if you travel alot u ll need a light weight laptop but it wont be so strong as the one I mentioned before
but for Photoshop etc go for: Mac - Apple

It totally depends on your pal's needs. If you're into heavy graphics, Apple would be perfect. Everything else totally depends on her preferences.
