Which one of all the Android phones is the best in terms of hardware and software?

Would you ever buy phones like S4 or Sony Ultra from google play?

I will start: I think as of now S4 and Note 3 are on top. I m waiting for S5.

Have tried the G2 and will be playing with the Nexus 5 tomorrow.

But really after checking out the Xperias and the Nexuses, I keep coming back to the Galaxies. Once you use a Galaxy, everything else seems incomplete. They are great phones no doubt, but if you're looking for a package deal, the best for ur money, the one with the most potential to serve your every need (or at least be modified to suit your fancy), then the Galaxy phones.

I would love Nexus' since they get all their updates directly from Google and there is nothing better than getting that but with Nexus not having an external micro SD card slot and the dim/dull home/lock screens kills it for me. Touchwiz might be slow sometimes but I can take that slowness over a dull UI any day.

The HTC One is an awesome phone too. As for AOSP, the Google Play Edition phones (S4, HTC One, the SOny one, and Moto X) are right up there to get latest OTA updates. i was using the GPE on my S4 and it was very fast and ready to roll at a moment's notice. My Note 3 just beats all of them out of the water though, in the battery department and performance both. It has an SD card slot, removable battery and tons of excellent mods and upgrades.

So far S4. Good battery, fast processor, good picture, large memory, and multiple task running ability. :k:
